InsuraPro Advisors is an Independent Insurance Broker specializing in Property, Auto and Life Insurance Products. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, we work with a variety of carriers and states to help provide our clients with the appropriate coverage and security for all of their Insurance needs. Our team members are all fully Bilingual in Spanish and are able to provide our business partners and clients with the utmost professionalism.

Orlando Ramirez

OWNER & CEO, P&C/L&H

Orlando is Owner & CEO of InsuraPro Advisors and has been in the Insurance Industry for over 15 years. Orlando began his career in the industry in a captive agency and transitioned soon after to an independent agency which allowed him to learn the versatility that independent agencies have. Orlando's passion and ambition drove him to begin his own agency and the rest is history. On his personal time he loves visiting Florida - or any destination with sand and an ocean - with his wife and his two adorable children. Orlando is an avid soccer player and lover, his favorite team is Manchester United. Additionally, Orlando enjoys hosting and spending time with his closest family and friends.

Silvia Henriquez

CO-OWNER & COO

Silvia brings her experience from the corporate and real estate world. She worked in Washington, DC for many years at the Inter-American Development Bank where she managed portfolios for foreign countries and ensured they were allocated accordingly. Prior to having her second child, Silvia took a leap and started a new career in Real Estate while also providing operational guidance to IPA. Silvia loves spending time with her family anywhere warm, enjoys exercising and teaching her children to live healthy lifestyles.

Marisela Rivas

AGENCY MANAGER, P&C/L&H

Marisela, also known as Mari, was born in El Salvador and came to the USA at age seven. She has many years experience in the insurance industry. She enjoys getting to know new people and new cultures and believes everyone has a story and love to learn. She has a beautiful daughter. Her absolute best travel experience was when she traveled to Cambodia.

Arminda Flores

INSURANCE SPECIALIST, P&C

Arminda (Aka: Minda) is a native Texan and a mother to five beautiful children. In her free time she enjoys traveling and beach sunsets. She is also ambitious and a hard working insurance agent with extensive insurance knowledge helping customers with various concerns and policies. She loves using her experience to connect and be available to her loving customers and potential customers.

Nicole Andino

INSURANCE SPECIALIST, P&C

Nicole brings over 8 years of insurance experience to her role as an Insurance Specialist at InsuraPro Advisors. When she's not dedicated to helping clients secure the right coverage, she cherishes quality time with her beloved child and cultivates a positive outlook on life. Beyond her professional and maternal roles, Nicole finds joy in immersing herself in music and dance. Her happy place is the beach, and she holds a strong passion for exploring new destinations and cultures through travel.

Mery Cabrera

CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Mery is from Bolivia, she is incredibly positive and focused on getting ahead. Mery has a Commercial Engineer degree from Bolivia and a Project Strategy Certificate from Bucks County Community College, PA USA. She is very motivated and is always willing to learn and go the extra mile for IPA and all its clients.

Jhuly Gutierrez

CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, daughter of Bolivian parents. Jhuly has a degree in Computer Science and Law from Venezuela. She and her family, and dog Luke, have lived in Bolivia for 4 years. Jhuly is a person of faith, liked to read, sing, travel, and learn about different cultural gastronomies. Her favorite food is the Arepa Reina Pepiada and her favorite desert is Tiramisu.

Alejandra Bertrand

CLIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST

Alejandra was born and lives in Honduras. She graduated as an engineer but since 2021 she began working in the customer service area. She likes to interact with people and feel that she helps others. Alejandra loves nature and the beach. She always wants to learn and dreams of traveling the world.

Karina Gutierrez

CLIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST

Karina is from Caracas, Venezuela, and currently resides in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. She has a degree in Political Science from the Central University of Venezuela.
Her experience working in customer service and quality management has allowed her to offer the best service to our clients and business partners at InsuraPro.
She loves spending time with her husband, three lovely kids and Kira, her dog. One of her favorite hobbies is spending the weekend with her family, watching movies, and eating popcorn. She enjoys being surrounded by nature, rainy days, and having a cup of coffee.

Vanessa Tellez

CLIENT RELATIONS & RETENTION SPECIALIST

Vanessa is from Mexico City but currently lives in Playa del Carmen. She loves hot weather and diving into the sea. She has experience in customer service and loves to help people.
She loves challenges and helping people.

Geraldine Tellez

MARKETING & PROJECT MANAGER

Geraldine is from Mexico City and currently resides in Mexico. She is creative, innovative, and always willing to embark on challenging projects. Geraldine's experience in marketing and customer service fields for brands like Pfizer and Nestle has allowed her to analyze and solve trivial and demanding day to day tasks at IPA. Geraldine is a music, sunset, and cinnamon desserts enthusiast.

Maru Carvallo

PUBLIC RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Maria Eugenia, known to most as Maru since the tender age of seven, embraces this nickname with utmost comfort. Maru is a Bolivian Creative and brand designer with over a decade of experience in advertising and communication strategy. Her proactive nature is evident in her approach to solving challenges and her keen interest in understanding human behavior. Beyond her professional pursuits, Maru finds joy in cinema, music, cooking, and drawing during her leisure time. Striving for balance, she integrates meditation and yoga into her routine.
